Welcome to Claude Code Helper (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). This Service is provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "developer") and is an open-source Claude Code configuration management tool.

By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

Claude Code Helper is a free open-source tool designed to simplify Claude Code configuration management through a visual interface. This Service provides the following main features:

• Visual configuration interface without manually editing complex JSON files
• Pre-built configuration template library for different development scenarios
• Configuration file export and preview functionality
• Detailed documentation and usage guides

This Service runs entirely on the client side and does not collect, store, or transmit your personal configuration data. All configuration operations are completed in your local environment.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use this Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect others' intellectual property and privacy rights
• Properly safeguard your API keys and other sensitive information
• Promptly report any potential security vulnerabilities or service abuse

The source code of this Service is released under an open-source license, and you may freely use, modify, and distribute it under the terms of the respective license.

Unless otherwise stated, all content in this Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, interface design, code, and documentation, is protected by copyright law.

Claude Code is a product of Anthropic, and this Service has no official affiliation with Anthropic. This Service is provided only as a third-party configuration tool.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of this Service. You use this Service at your own risk.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from using this Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damages you suffer from using this Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid for this Service in the past twelve months (if any).

Since this Service is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

7. Data Processing

This Service is designed to run entirely on the client side. We do not collect, store, or process your configuration data, API keys, or other sensitive information.

All configurations you create are saved on your local device. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up important configurations.

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve service quality, but this information will not include any personally identifiable information or sensitive data.

This Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites or services.

Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party services are entirely between you and that third party, and we assume no responsibility.

9. Service Changes

10. Termination

You may stop using this Service at any time. Since this Service does not require account registration, termination is very simple.

If you reside outside the People's Republic of China, disputes between you and us may be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

If negotiation cannot resolve the dispute, the dispute should be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for resolution.
